Jersey Citizens Advice Bureau

The Citizens Advice Service provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. It values diversity, promotes equality and challenges discrimination.

About us

The Jersey Bureau is situated at St Paul's Centre, New Street, St Helier.

We currently have three full time and five part time members of staff and 29 volunteers.

Our Bureau is open Monday to Friday from 10.00am to 3.00pm for walk in clients and appointments.

We provide telephone advice on Freephone 0800 735 0249. We also offer an e-mail advice service. To e-mail us please click here

A diagnostic Legal Clinic is held once each week with a volunteer lawyer in attendance. Clients will need to have consulted a CAB adviser before being given an appointment.
