Countersigned -   when someone signs a document already signed by someone else, usually to confirm that the other person is who they say they are

Record - list of facts

‘Someone of standing in the community’- usually means people who are lawyers, doctors, bankers, civil servants etc but not people who are family members or relatives (a list of people who qualify is usually provided)

How to access your own personal information

Subject to certain exemptions, you have the right to be told whether any information is held about you on police systems, and you have a right to a copy of that information.
