The Public Registry holds records of all property transactions, obligations (bonds or promissory notes), powers of attorney and wills of realty. All the information in the Public Registry is available to the public and the staff are happy to assist anyone who wants to research or check the records. If you want to be able to read the details about a property recorded on the property registry you must know the name of either the buyer or the seller of the property.
If you need the Registry staff to help you carry out your search there is a fee of £30.00 for every half an hour of their time.
