Finding Advice

Updated on:

There are a few ways to find the specific information you are looking for.

Using Category Pages

You can use the navigation bar at the top to browse the website by category. You can use the breadcrumb links inside individual pages to access category and subcategory pages. This is useful if you have found an article close to what you need but have the correct information.

Using the Search bar

You can type keywords into the search bar to find the advice you are looking for.

I can’t find what I’m looking for

Try to use specific keywords or phrases.  For example, if you are looking for information regarding income support don’t search for ‘Benefits’ as you will get loads of results.

  • You use quotation marks (” “) to search for specific sentences or phrases on the website.
  • You use wildcards in the search (*).  This will return pages that match the characters (letters) in the search. This can be useful if you are not sure about the spelling of a certain word.

A – Z of Advice

You can use this page to see all the published articles on the website. Use the navigation at the top of the page to find the advice alphabetically. This page can be found in the footer or by clicking here.
