Referrals usually received from family GP or Family Nursing and Home Care but clients can contact the Cooordinator direct. Cost: - £3.00 per meal. Frozen meal delivery service Complete Frozen Meals - Main meals [£2] and desserts [60p]. Ordered in advance and delivered to your door, twice a week, Monday and Thursday.
