Jersey Citizens Advice Bureau - Hospital Car Service ( 10.6.8.L4 )

This service is part of the patient's transport service operated on behalf of the Health and Social Services Department. It is to take patients to clinics at the hospital and to the Day Centres.

The service is booked by doctors and clinics.
