Jersey Citizens Advice Bureau - Jersey Hospice, Clarkson House ( 10.6.7.L10 )

The Hospice provides specialist nursing care for patients with Cancer and Motor Neurone Disease, incorporating pain and symptom control, counselling, terminal care and family support. This package includes Home Care, Day Hospice, In-Patient Care and Bereavement Support. Funded entirely by the voluntary contributions and legacies.

Jersey Hospice Care have extended and improved their Bereavement Service and now feel able to offer this service to include the wider island community. See Bereavement counselling - 8.45.16
