Jersey Citizens Advice Bureau

The Citizens Advice Service provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. It values diversity, promotes equality and challenges discrimination.

We provide information and advice on many subjects including:-

· housing	Corporate Partners of the Jersey CAB
· social security benefits
· employment
· debt
· tax
· legal problems
· immigration and nationality
· family and personal
· consumer rights

Our Bureau is open Monday to Friday from 10.00am to 3.00pm.

A Portuguese speaking adviser is available.

A Debt Advice Service is available by appointment.

A diagnostic Legal Clinic is held once each week with a volunteer lawyer in attendance. Clients will need to have consulted a CAB adviser before being given an appointment.

Electronic mail enquiry service - The Jersey Citizens Advice Bureau is happy to take enquiries relating to local issues via e-mail, if the problem is complex you will be asked to telephone or visit the Bureau.
